Perfect Cape Coral vacation home
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home, as well as with the amenities. The home had everything we needed and was just stunning. We spent most of our time by the pool which was gorgeous! There were just two of us but if we were to have family or friends with us there would be plenty of room and privacy. Our favorite place to eat became Rumrunners. They had excellent food, excellent service, and a nice view of the river to watch boats come in as well as to watch a sunset. The Manager Sven and the maintenance people we met were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We recommend this home and would stay again!

INFO: Hurricane Ian destroyed the cage surrounding the pool and terrace area. The renovation has been ordered and efforts are being made to have it rebuilt as soon as possible.
A beautiful modern Villa in the new Florida style. The Villa Endless Summer was 2013 newly renovated and furnished with new high-quality furniture. The location is ideal, facing south on a canal and near shopping.
Two bedrooms with king-size beds, as well as a third bedroom each with own bathroom can accommodate comfortably six persons. The open living and dining area, as well as the beautiful perfectly equipped kitchen are very stylish and comfortably furnished. You can only feel good here.
However, the most beautiful place is the pool area with a magnificent infinity edge pool, plus a Jacuzzi. The furniture consists of high-quality cozy lounge furniture. The view from the deck over the pool to the canal is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night when illuminated!

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
