very satisfied
The house and amenities met our expectations. My sons are passionate fishermen. We had booked a couple of fishing charters and had planned on using the boat for local fishing but the boys preferred the kayaks. They would go off for hours fishing the local waters. The basketball hoop was used extensively as were the bicycles. It was a bit of a drive to Cape Coral and Fort Myers from the house which prevented us from exploring more of the attractions in the area. Overall, we were very satisfied.

About The Area
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.
