Phyllis was fantastic to deal with. We were met by Stephen to show us around the house, he was waiting for us on arrival. The house is just as the photos show but better. We stayed 5 nights, family of three couples from Noosa Australia. King beds in each room. Fantastic location. View of Venice Canals (one house away) and Hollywood sign from main bedroom balcony. One block from Venice Beach. There are bikes and beach towels for use. We rode to Santa Monica, walked to Abbot Kinney Boulevard (awesome shops and cafes), walked to Marina Del Ray, great shopping centres and two Ralphs supermarkets...Ubered home with the shopping. Santa Monica Shopping is a short uber away. We cooked breakfast each morning on the huge gas stove. Ate at some amazing restaurants. The house felt like our home. You will love it too.

I will definitely stay here again
Best of all worlds. Just a block from the beach, a half a block from the canals, Dead center of everything Venice has to offer. The outdoor patios are HUGE and beautiful. Inside is clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again and I stay in Venice alot.

Master suite includes private outdoor patio which looks towards the Canals. Master has a beautiful spa like bath and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and bedroom 3 may be configured as a king or 2 twin beds. Additionally, the den has a full sized futon. Cooks kitchen with all top of the line appliances. Plenty of personal space around the house for everyone and the outdoors is magnificent. Outdoors wraps around front and side of house where there are 2 large tables for enjoying your meals. The front of house has beautiful seating areas and is completely secluded for complete privacy. Outdoor shower for easy access when returning from beach. The house has an attached garage for 2 cars with laundry.
