Ideally located!! Everything that Hollywood has to offer is within five blocks of walking distance from the house such as Chines, Kodak, Egyptian theatre, Wax Museum, walk of fame, Popular corner of Hollywood Blvd, Vine Street, Panteges Theatre, Cinerama Dom, Archlight GYM and Sunset-Gower Studio etc. Paramount Studio on Melrose Ave are within 5-7 block.
Take Metro from Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street station to Univesal Studio, Los Angeles Down Town, China Town within 10-20 minute.

Several Guided Tours service available on Hollywood BLvd and Vine Street for local historic places and Movie-TV Stars Homes, Griffith Observatory, Los Angeles Zoo and Los Angeles Science- Technical, Art Museum, and long Distance to Desnyland, Knot Barry Farm, Popular Santa Monica pear and beach is half hour drive. Lax And Burbank Airport are 30 to 40 minute to drive.

You will have access to the entire house. Its a very Quite area though its in the centre of the Hollywood and 1/2 Block south of Sunset Blvd. The house itself is very charming with lots of windows and fresh breeze. We treat our guest as a part of our extended family. We provide all local info in details to all our guest.

Every thing in Hollywood you want to see like Chines theater, Debbly theater, Hollywood Wax Museum is in walking distance. the Metro railway stations also within five block to travel anywhere in the greater Los Angles area by Metro. Its a very Quite area though its in center of the Hollywood and 1/2 Block south of Sunset Blvd. House is very charming uplifting with lots of windows and fresh breeze. Guaranteed sound sleep. Ideally located. within 1/2 Hour drive to Airport, popular Santa Monica beach, L.A, down town, walk to walk of fame, Chines Theater, Kodak theater, wax museum, Egyptian theater, popular corner of Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street. Plenteous theater Arch light fitness GYM ,Cinerama Dome -3D theater, Paramount Studio,Restaurants, Bar etc. Historical popular Cat and Fuddle Restaurant and Bar within Half block.

Drive to Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Bowl within mile, drive to Los Angle's convention center, Staple Center, Los Angel's Down Town and China Town within Seven miles. Drive to Griffith Observatory, Los Angesle's Technical Museum, Los Angele's Museum of Arts within three miles. You are close to everything as you are right in the centre! Everything is easily accessible within minutes.

Other Things to Note:

Specially restored to it's original Craftsman house is ideal for filming. Those who are interested please contact host through email for special arrangements and rates.

Cleaning Fee:-

There is a one-time cleaning fee for each booking, included above. This is to prepare the property for the next guest after you depart. We do not provide a daily maid service but can make it available on request for an extra charge.

Security Deposit:-

There is a security deposit required for each booking. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings;

ii. necessity for excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost incurred due to Guest's stay.

Property Access:-

Please advise us of your expected arrival time and we will make arrangements for your access to the property.

Travel Insurance:-

We do not offer Travel Insurance. Travel insurance can be purchased separately.

Accidents/Injuries:-

Owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred on the property by our guests or their guests. Please exercise due care for your safety and the safety of others. However, we take your safety seriously, so please bring any dangerous conditions to our attention IMMEDIATELY upon discovery. We will take appropriate action right away. Parents should take diligent care handling children to avoid any injury or any breakup or damages.

Our Policy:-

If drugs are found or suspected, you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. This unit is a safe, sacred environment for families and business people. The use of the property for a party or event is not tolerated. If there is any evidence of a party and additional cleaning is required, you will automatically loose your deposit. Lost Items Owners are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables.

Exceptions:-

We prefer not to make exceptions to these policies. However, if all parties agree, signatures of all parties would be required upon written documentation of the changes.

Utility-

California is in sever draught, continuing in 7th year. Please use all energy sparingly and wisely. Please turn off all water forest, all light when you leave home. When you leave home for long period, please turn off thermostat. We have put 5 ton capacity of A/C unit, which will cool/heat in no time when you come back and turn it on.

Most of light switches are 'Dimer' with turn on/off at the bottom. Please adjust it to your

likeness.

House Rules:

This is a non-smoking unit. However, there is plenty of room to smoke outside. Please be conscious of closing the doors and nearby windows while smoking, and properly dispose of all smoking debris. Because we love travel with our pet, pets are permitted with an additional deposit. Please review and sign the pet addendum separately, as appropriate. The occupancy is limited to the number on the rental agreement unless otherwise agreed to in writing. The rental comes with two car drive way parking space. Additional parking is available on the street. Please note the parking sign restrictions when using street parking. We are not responsible for any parking violations.

Please only use toilet paper in the toilet. No paper towels, wet wipes, feminine products, etc. should be flushed. There will be a fee for backups caused by the guest flushing inappropriate materials.

Great Location & Good Quality Lodging

My wife, our adult daughter and two of our closest friends stayed at this property from July 14- July 19. We were quite pleased with the stay and appreciated the kind hospitality of the owner, Lalu. He was very flexible in regards to our arrival very late Friday night and met us with te key and gave us an overview of the house even though it was rather late at nigh. He was also very accommodating when we departed and allowed us a late departure for our red eye flight from LAX. The house met all of our needs and the convenient location allowed us to experience even more of LA than we originally thought was possible. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the LA area.
