Great Scottsdale luxury condo!
The condo is close to all shopping and eating establishments that you would want. The accommodations are excellent. Super comfortable and has all the features of home. Do not pass this gem up.

Still the greatest
This year was our 6th at the condo and we hope to be able to come back again. It is so convenient to everything. We went to six plays, 2 baseball games, the Dancing-with-the-stars tour show, the Arabian Horse show and a whole bunch of weekend festivals. We didn't trek to Sedona this year, but maybe next. It's only a 2-hour ride each way. The owners keep adding more and more new things to make the stay so enjoyable. We've committed to the same time next year. Now we want to just stay healthy.

Convenient North Scottsdale Condo
My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week in January of 2015. We found it to be a great location for everywhere we needed to go and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. The attached garage was nice for added security. The condo was one of the nicest we have ever rented and the owners have stocked it with all the extras to make it feel like home. We bought whole coffee beans by mistake and even found a small coffee grinder under the kitchen cabinet. We will certainly rent this unit again if we return to the area.

Like new, well appointed and luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath with both bedrooms on opposite side of the living area and kitchen. Master Bedroom has new flatscreen TV, new 2016 King bed and new bedding, large soaking tub and separate large shower, double sink and walk in closet. Living room has WiFi, cableTV, new couch and love seat, new 50 inch flatscreen TV and office alcove. Nice furnished patio off living room overlooking pool area. Work out room, billiard room, swimming pool, BBQ area and hot tub are across the street just 100 feet from front door.
Large Kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc., just add food. Kitchen has new Refrigerator and Dishwasher replaced in 2015. This is a secure gated community jogging trails and 3 recreation areas with pools, BBQ areas, and a putting green. This condo rents for $800/wk in the winter and $500/wk in the summer.
