The kitchen is well equipped with first class cookware for dining four, including a new gas BBQ on the VERY private back patio. The beds are new and comfortable. All linens and towels you will ever need are supplied. The flavor of the neighborhood is quiet and the street has very low traffic that serves only the houses in the area. This section, known as "Desert Hills III West", like most of Green Valley, specializes in serving the age group of 55 years and up. You will find there is a lot of activities to keep you busy if you choose to buy a monthly guest pass from the Green Valley Recreation Department. Besides the gym and swimming pools they offer (choose from 13), you can take classes in yoga, bridge, pottery making, woodshop and many more. And needless to say, golf is very popular here.
