Minimum StayPerfect place for a perfect vacation
My wife and I just got home from another spectacular vacation on St. John. We’ve rented villas on St. John in previous years when traveling with friends and family, but since this was our first time being on the island alone, we wanted to find a place that was one bedroom, but still had the feel of some of the larger villas we’ve rented in the past. “Sweet St. John” could not have been more perfect for what we needed. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating from the start, and their assistant Jessie made getting to the villa and helping us settle in an absolutely pain free process. She even checked in on us via text during the week to make sure everything was going ok. She is a great resource for any questions you might have while you're on the island. The villa itself is even more amazing than the pictures! Everything feels brand new and extremely clean. There wasn’t a single detail that we felt was missing, right down to the perfectly stocked gift basket for our arrival. The AC works great, the bed is comfortable, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and the view from the deck is perfect. The villa is less than a 5 minute drive from Cruz Bay, so getting into town for happy hour, dinner, shopping, is very easy and quick. The Starfish market and liquor store are even closer, which is important if you run out of rum for cocktails while watching the sunset from the villa’s beautiful covered deck. If you are a couple looking for the perfect place to spend some time on St. John, don’t think twice about renting this place. It’s perfect. Truly perfect.

Sweet St. John
My wife and I went to St. John for our honeymoon. Sweet St. John was the perfect place to stay on the island. The house itself was immaculate, the view was amazing, and its location was very convenient for going to Cruz bay. All around the perfect choice for a trip to St. John. Jessie was extremely helpful during our stay, recommending many beaches and restaurants, and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly for us. We absolutely loved the trip and Sweet St. John. Can't wait to be back!

Perfect!
We have stayed on St. John many times and experienced many villas. My wife and I were thrilled with Sweet St. John. It's the perfect size for a couple and the view is just terrific. The home is new, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated the easy parking and the short ride to town. Marcus, the owner, had deep ties to the community. I can personally attest to his integrity and the care he gives his visitors.

Completed September, 2015, “Sweet-St.John” was conceived and built as an ultra modern, contemporary 1 bedroom 1 bath, vacation rental home. It features outstanding views from a great location, with polished marble flooring, Italian cabinets, quartz counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, covered deck and comfortable furniture. The property is safe & secure, super comfortable and has private parking.
