There is a $200 damage deposit that is due at check-in, and is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
Cleaning Fee $100 per accomodation
Townhouse Fees are 10% of nightly rate
Payment is required in two (2) installments. The first, the booking deposit (a 1 night charge) is due at time of booking, The second and final payment (the remainder) is due at check in (cash only). Guests will have two (2) days to pay the first nigt deposit and secure the booking.
The first payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
In general, the cancellation policy for The Townhouse is as follows:
Cancellations made fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge.
Cancellations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a two (2) night charge.
Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.
