These brand new Beach Bungalow's beautifully situated at the top of the Hill with tranquil views of the Atlatnic Ocean and Carribean are superb! The pictures provided are exact, in fact these homes are even more breathtaking than what you see! ABSOLUTELY no dissappointment here! There are two seperate homes, both with very spacious living quarters. The yellow bungalow pictured has a very large bedroom and attached bathroom with a large living, dining & kitchen area. We stayed in the Green Bungalow which has two spacious bedrooms, one Master suite w/ master bath and one bedroom w/ twin beds and adjoining bathroom w/ large shower. Open floor plan with living, dining & fully equipped kitchen makes these homes very comfy and perfect for eating in if you so choose to. The stone walkway down the hill leads to an awesome deck space that you can enjoy watching the sunrise or set, reading, laying in the sun, eating a meal, whatever you want in full peace and quiet! It overlooks the carribbean in which the tide goes out each evening and morning, so you can explore and walk the beach, which is also absolutely amazing! But forget about how absolutely wonderful the accommadtions and views of the crystal clear water are the HOSPITALITY that you will receive is undeniably unbeatable! Raymond "Bread Boy" and Ulrisa are without a doubt the best host and hostess we have ever met! Now my husband and I are not world travelers, but we highly doubt that their kindness, generousity and overall LOVE for their guests will ever be matched by another vacation! In fact, we visited another island in the Bahamas this same vacation and their hospitality, if you could even call it that, was no comparison! We guarantee that you will not be without ANYTHING! We are truly blessed to have met them and to have stayed with them! We wish it could have been longer! We also want to add that besides these bungalows "Bread Boy" has an array of boats and jet skiis to rent and you will not want to miss out on this opportunity to see all the other Cays! Impeccable beaches, continuous clear, turquiose water, sand bars, yacht clubs, swimming pigs, iguanas....you name it......you'll see it.....you'll truly get the full affect of what the Exumas has to offer! A truly humbling experience! We could go on....and on....and on about how much we loved staying here, but most importantly know that you will be highly taken care of by the owners! Get to the point, stick to the point
My fiance' and I recently had the pleasure of staying in the green house with friends for the first few days of our vacation, and what a wonderful way to begin our trip! The home and the personalities of the owners match the beauty and welcoming nature we have come to love about the Outer Islands - and especially in the Exumas. Both the green and yellow houses are lovely. Sitting next door to each other on top of a hill overlooking the island and sea, each house is open, bright and inviting and has everything you need for your stay. The green house has two spacious bedrooms (each with private bathrooms), a living room, kitchen and dining area, making it a great place for a family, people traveling with friends or even those who like extra room. The yellow house next door has a large master bedroom with an attached bathroom, a living room, kitchen and dining area, making it a perfect place to stay for a couple looking to enjoy peace and privacy. Both houses feature private front and back porches, great for taking in the pristine waters of the Atlantic and Carribbean. There is a shared rock stairway leading to a private deck with a seating area by the water to enjoy the weather, water and view. Included with the rental house was the use of a golf cart, a great way to explore the island. The only thing that may outshine the accommodations is the hospitality and friendliness of the owners, Raymond (aka BreadBoy) and his wife Ulrisa. Not only did they provide a clean and comfortable place to stay, but they welcomed us as though we were long-time friends and were more than willing to help with anything we needed while on the island of Black Point. They provided round-trip transportation to the airport, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and happy. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and clean place to stay that is owned and operated by friendly and warm people, the green and/or yellow houses on the hill are it - stay here! PS - Take advantage of the boat and/or jet ski rentals available through Raymond and Ulrisa; there is no better way to see and explore the nearby islands, and you will have the time of your life! Nós ficamos 10 dias nas duas casas. As casas são muito confortáveis, limpas, equipadas. Ulrisa e Raimond são um casal maravilhoso que nos receberam muito bem e providenciaram tudo o que precisávamos. Com certeza recomendo e retorno. We stayed 10 days in both houses. The houses are very comfortable, clean, furnished. Ulrisa and Raymond are a wonderful couple that received us very well and provided everything we needed. For sure recommend.

Peaceful Ocean Breeze
Ocean Breeze Vacation, Black Point, is the right place to be. Top of the hill, one hundred feet from the Atlantic Ocean in front and the Exuma Sound behind. Fairly new beautiful cottages, two bedroom comfortably decorated, with lovely caring people, and great hospitality. A wonderful little island to golf-cart around in to find peace and tranquility. Right place! Owners lived next door and while hurricane Sandy was approaching, they made sure I had everything I needed, just in case. Storm-proof windows and doors enabled me to see out as the hurricane raged, but I felt safe and was comfortable. Highly recommend this property to everyone.

This amazing Harbor View property is located just 6 miles from the world famous "swimming pigs", Located side by side "Harbor Bay and "Harbour View" is your home away from home. The sister houses has fully equipped kitchens with everything you will need to prepare meals. Included are bedding, towels, television and wifi. The Stone paths beautifully designed by local masons, leads into the waters edge. As the water recedes back into the ocean, a beautiful sand bank appears from the sea floor. This can be witnessed while relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture from your private deck.
Vacationing in this side of the globe calls for planning ahead. We can assist you with ordering groceries to stock up on for your entire stay, book your boat rentals and guided boats tours, to visit hot spots like the world famous Swimming pigs.

This New cottage is great for Large Families or Large groups. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms on it main floor and a spectacular view of Black Point's beautiful harbour. This villa also has an amazing wrap around deck with a stair case leading down to the waters edge.

Harbour View en Suite
This harbour view en suite is separate unit from the Harbour view main floor. It great for groups that may need additional space or for persons that dont care to prepare home cooked meals. A fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing light meals or snacks. The double doors open up too an amazing specious deck with a breathtaking view of the harbour. Patio furnishings can help you relax while enjoying the cool eastern breeze. Sleeps 4. Rate $250 per night Jan 3rd - Dec 19th. $280 per nightDec 20th to Jan 2nd . (Rates are subjected to change) A fee of $25 per person per night is charged for Additional persons. Cleaning fee $80

Harbour Bay
Harbour Bay is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, fully loaded cottage that has a full view of Black Points' beautiful Harbour. Similar to her sister "Harbour View" with a slightly different feel, she has a complete mordern kitchen with a touch of an old rustic feel through out the entire home. The large front deck adds to the comfort. It's patio funishings that is great for relaxing and enjoying the fabulos sunset, while enjoying the warm Bahama breeze. An awesome trail leads down to the turquoise waters edge for quick access to have a swim. Harbour Bay can Sleeps 8 persons.
