You also have the beautiful shores of Bang Tao’s beach just 1km away. The tropical garden is the first thing you will see, and it is a sight that should relax you immediately. It is beautifully landscaped and houses your own swimming pool with a charming water-feature. There are steps into the swimming pool which makes getting in and out extremely easy, and when it is time to relax, you can do so on the sun-loungers or the wonderful pool terrace area which has comfortable seating and is a great place to survey your outdoor surroundings. The modern and wonderfully appointed living space consists of a fantastic fitted kitchen that will allow you to prepare and cook meals at your leisure. You can choose to dine in the indoor, 6-place, dining area, or on the roof terrace where a dining suite of the same size is located. Your lounge area is spacious on its own, but when the glass ‘wall’ to your outside terrace is opened this space becomes as one. It is a fantastic place for informal get-togethers with friends or family. For those quieter moments it also contains a flat-screen television which can be viewed from the comfortable sofa. In keeping with the rest of the villa's high quality design, your 3 bedrooms are well-appointed and offer everything you require for a sound nights sleep. Bang Tao Beach Beach Day might be every day with just a 1 km walk to Bang Tao Beach. This is a wondeful place to spend your time. Take a stroll along the seashore, swim in the inviting warm waters, and then relax at one of the pleasant restaurants or beachside cafes while surveying your surroundings. You will be within easy walking distance of markets, shop, groceries, and excellent restaurants. Join in the Patong nightlife with only a 15 minute drive.

Livingrooms

The well decorated living room will quickly become a meeting point at various times of the day. As well as comfortable furnishings and a large sofa in front of a large flat-screen TV, it opens up onto your outdoor pool terrace creating one seamless space that is perfect for socialising.

Kitchen

Anyone who enjoys cooking will be right at home with this modern and well planned kitchen. It has high quality wooden cupboards both above and below marble worktops. These work surfaces give lots of space for preparing meals, and the high quality appliances will give you everything you require to cook anything you desire.

Dining Room

You have a choice of two 6-seat dining tables when it is time to eat. The Sala-Thai on your rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot when it comes to al-fresco dining, and the calm dining area in your open-plan living space offers an intimate and friendly place to relax with family and friends.

Bedrooms

The three bedrooms have warm and welcoming décor. Each one has air-conditioning, and the master bedroom comes with a double bed, a study space containing a writing desk and chair, and wardrobes which are built-in. There is also a bathroom which is en-suite. Your second and third bedrooms have a double bed and two twin beds respectively. They also have built-in wardrobes with plenty of space for all of those important holiday clothes, and share the beautifully appointed second bathroom.

Bathrooms

The 2 bathrooms are furnished with black marble countertops against natural wood. This sleek and stylish design adds to the modern fixtures which include wash basins, large, glass-enclosed walk-in showers, and western toilets. The master en-suite bathroom is particularly appealing due to the impressive stone bath which sits in its middle.
