Entering the living room, the 2-storey windows of glass are to the right and up to the left is the upper half-storey glass fronted landing, leading to the only room on this level - the master bedroom. The remaining 3 downstairs bedrooms with the downstairs bathroom are on the far end of the large living area. Left of the front door, passing the dining area and behind a glass partition and door, is the kitchen with windows overlooking the carport and outside to the garden. The large master bedroom upstairs with a large ensuite and its own front-facing balcony is accessed by a large winding wooden staircase with the dining room table adjacent. The living room has a large brown leather L-shaped sofa with matching coffee table and furniture. There is also a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD and WIFI, and views overlooking the pool and front patio area.
Kitchen
Black marble tops and silver chrome with slate gray cupboards encompass a kitchen with a fridge, 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan, inbuilt Western oven and microwave. It has a stylish double sink under windows looking to the outside garden and small washing/utility area.
Dining Room
The dining area is to the rear of the main living room, adjacent to the kitchen and has a black wooden dining room table with 6 matching leather chairs.
Bedrooms
All 4 bedrooms are of a similar decor of cool white and dark brown furniture and fittings, with air conditioning units, 32” Flat screen TVs with DVD, double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and lights. The unique master bedroom is large being the only room on the upper storey and provides a double sized bed, large dressing area with storage and its own balcony, via patio doors, overlooking the front of the villa. Two of the three bedrooms downstairs are spacious and span the right hand side of the main living area. The 4th bedroom is accessed from the pool and patio area via patio doors with its own access door and is the largest of the downstairs bedrooms. It has a coffee table with 2 chairs, fridge and a large 42” Flat screen TV. With a large dressing/storage area to the rear, this 4th bedroom would be ideal as a guest room.

All 5 bathrooms are of the same design and size, except the master bathroom which is significantly larger, with cool white, brown and black colors.
