It has 3 floors, the ground floor being brick built, with a bedroom, living/sitting area extra double bed, and a shower room. There is a large terrace and a walkway leading to a private sala on the beach. There is a shower located on the walkway to rinse off after a swim in the sea. There are external stairs leading to the middle floor, where the large balcony stretches across two sides of the property, giving lovely views of the palm garden, beach and sea beyond. The kitchen and living/dining areas are located on this floor, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom. The internal stairs lead to the very large upper bedroom with great views, and its own bathroom.
Coconut Land and House: Coconut Grove is part of 7 Coconut resorts located along the 3 mile stretch of sandy beach, their Thai style wooden villas a signature of the Island's holiday homes. The Coconut office is conveniently located on the main road, just outside the Coconut Grove entrance.
