Villa Michaela is a stunning residence of impressive proportions, offering 180 degrees panoramic sea views across the entire north-eastern peninsula of Koh Samui. The fully air-conditioned villa features impressive facilities and sets new standards of luxury living in the tropics. Its Sea view location makes it an ideal venue for a grand tropical vacation. Here, guests can have plenty of peace and quiet and can enjoy the seclusion offered by the property.
Light and Airy Interiors
The generous living room provides great light as well as fantastic sea views in all directions. Lounge is located at the front of the living room, facing the pool. The sliding glass walls open fully to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. On a raised mezzanine at the rear of the living room is a TV den, with a large LCD TV and a cushioned daybed.

Dinig with a View
The villa provides two dining areas. One located at the front of the living room and the other facing the pool. The fully equipped western kitchen is partially partitioned by an island storage cupboard at the rear of the living room.
Infinity Pool with Decking
The expansive wooden pool deck sits around the living room and is furnished with sun-loungers, and an al-fresco dining set and a BBQ kitchen. The 18 metre long swimming pool features infinity edges on 3 sides, following the sea view. Two island platforms in the pool can be furnished with circular double lounge beds.
Spacious Sleeping Havens
Four of the villa’s five master bedroom have independent entrances off the courtyard. These oversized bedroom located on the main floor of the villa are of the same design, each with slideaway glass walls, sea views. Stairs from near the pool lead to the lower level, which includes a fifth en-suite bedroom, which stands next to the impressive cinema room, and the spa treatment room complete with its own sauna.
Discreet, Attentive Staff
The villa is fully staffed and includes an English speaking Villa manageress, house maid, villa handyman and trained Thai chef. Most of the staff have lived in Koh Samui for most of their lives and are very willing to share their vast knowledge of this fascinating part of island with villa guests.

Villa Michaela is set on a secluded hillside between Choeng Mon and Chaweng beach on the north coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from Koh Samui's International Airport, and Bophut's Fisherman Village with its restaurants and nightlife. The children can also have their share of fun exploring rock pools and collecting shellfish in the nearby beaches of Choeng Mon or the more popular Chaweng.

RATES CONDITIONS
1. Rates are subject to change with notice
2. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified
3. Extra Beds charge of USD 50 is applicable regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over rate allocation
4. Rates include continental breakfast, prepared daily by the villa staff
5. Baby cot provided free of charge
6. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT
7. Complimentary Airport Transfer (on the basis of one return trip)
8. Rates include full time chef service ; cost of food is on guests account; charges are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT
9. Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
10. A security deposit of USD 300 in cash is required to be paid on site upon check in. Funds will be returned upon departure.
11. Extra bed and airport transfer are not commissionable
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited
booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)
received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES (maximum 60 guests)
- No Venue premium fee up to 14 guests for events within the villa
- From 15 guests and up , a Venue premium fee of USD 1,500 is applicable (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT)
- Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation
- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season's schedule is required
- Fees are for 24hours and additional event premium may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
- Venue premium is not commissionable
PAYMENT OF BOOKINGS
- Intermediate + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
In line with our Corporate Responsibility, we reserve the sole and exclusive right to request any guest to vacate a property in case :
1- male or female joiners are invited over to the property, as non registered guests
2- any illegal activities with under age individuals are witnessed (guests would be summoned to the local police)
3- any other illegal or inappropriate behaviour, within the private boundaries of the property (use of drugs, pornographic movies or photographs, sexual trafficking,...) will be reported to the police and use of the Property will be terminated, with no refund
4- no refund would be applicable.
