For peace of mind when travelling with children, one of the bedroom pavilions is adjoining door to the 6th bedroom for younger guests. Each bedroom enjoys this incredibly spacious feel with sumptuous bedding, and inside and outside chill zones, impeccably designed for relaxation. Creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere with contemporary beach style.
Dine
Exquisite food is prepared each day by a dedicated chef, and attentive yet discreet service from your Villa Manager and team. Using local ingredients, the Chef can tailor menus to each guests taste. Breakfast includes homemade mueslis and freshly squeezed juices, and lunch can be a variety of colorful salads, sizzling fsh and barbequed meats. In the evenings, delicious courses can be served with varying levels of spice and children can enjoy specially tailored meals to suit every type of appetite.
Swim
The 6.9m x2.7 m shallower children’s pool with thoughtful sun shade is a great kids pool and the large surrounding sundeck also ofering a shady section is ideal for parents and nannies to keep a closer eye on the smaller ones of the group. The larger impressive 18m pool overlooking the azure shores of Laem Sor beach is a great lap and lounge pool for adults and older children.
Sleep
Six en-suite bedroom suites are designed in separate bedroom pavilions. The master poolside pavilion shares views of the infnity pool and bay beyond. The sheer size of the master suite ofers a spacious king sized bed and large sofa seating area with 40” TV screen. The vaulted ceilings, clean lines and stunning design exude an impressive and fresh style. A spacious contemporary grey terrazzo bathroom with double lovers rain shower and lovers bath tub, opens up to its own private back garden. The outside chill zone with sofa seating provides a private deck for guests to enjoy some personal down time.

RATES CONDITIONS

2. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified
3. Extra Beds charge of USD 50 is applicable regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over rate allocation
4. Rates include continental breakfast, prepared daily by the villa staff
5. Baby cot provided free of charge
6. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT
7. Complimentary Airport Transfer (on the basis of one return trip)
8. Rates include full time chef service (the villa has an extensive menu; cost of food and provisioning is on guests account

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received
will be creditedbooked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)
received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES (maximum 20 guests)

From 10 to 20 adults = USD 1,200
- Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation
- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season's schedule is required
- Fees are for 24hours and additional event premium may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 2,000 (THB 70,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.
- A cleaning fee of up to US$250 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
- Venue premium is not commissionable
PAYMENT OF BOOKINGS
- Intermediate + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
In line with our Corporate Responsibility, we reserve the sole and exclusive right to request any guest to vacate a property in case :
1- male or female joiners are invited over to the property, as non-registered guests
2- any illegal activities with under age individuals are witnessed (guests would be summoned to the local police)
3- no refund would be applicable
