Large sliding doors concertina back in a unique design dissolving any distinction between indoor and outdoor living. The sumptuous lounge area featuring a high ceiling with fans has large sofa seating for up to 25 persons, 48” LCD, with an extensive DVD & book library.

Large covered surrounding terraces ofer relaxed chill spaces out of the heat of the day whilst bronzed body lovers can enjoy the full glory of the sun on the pool terraces, or the icing sugar sands of Laem Sor beach. The garden sparkles with the simple elegance of exotic beachside living. Live orchids are attached to each palm tree as indigenous plantings fourish in this lush tropical haven.
Dine
Designed with entertaining in mind, gatherings around the large 16-seater dining table are drenched in unfolding views of the villa and beach. The large balcony also features a smaller 8- seater dining table for guests to enjoy some terrace dining. Makes an excellent choice for outdoor dining in the lap of luxury, at any time of day. The experienced chef’s can prepare excellent menus for wonderful lunches and dinners, making staying in, the perfect option.

The scenic seafront pool terrace with palm trees framing perfect vistas of sand and sea follows the dramatic sight lines of the 20m ebony tiled, virtual infnity pool. The impressive salt-water pool is commandingly positioned creating an elegant centerpiece in this well designed space. The swim up pool bar adds an interesting twist to the sleek design of this charismatic pool.
Sleep
Baan Wanora is rather unique in featuring two master bedrooms by the pool side and close to the beach, with an additional three double bedrooms with views to the pool and their covered lounge area. A kid’s room with 2 single beds and a connecting door to an additional single bedroom, make an ideal children’s retreat, close to the main pavilion. Each room ofers highly appointed bathrooms, some with additional outdoor facilities.

The villa is located on the golden shores of Laem Sor, ofering the ambience and privacy of your own private tropical retreat. The location in the South of Koh Samui, is famed for its laid-back lifestyle and “sabai sabai” feel. RATES CONDITIONS
1. Rates are subject to change with notice
2. Rates are quoted for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified
3. Extra Beds charge of USD 50 is applicable regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over rate allocation
4. Rates include continental breakfast, prepared daily by the villa staff
5. Baby cot provided free of charge
6. Daily Rates and Extra Beds are exclusive of 10% service charge
7. Complimentary Airport Transfer (on the basis of one return trip)
9. Rates are quoted in US Dollars.
10. A security deposit of USD 1,000 in cash is required to be paid on site upon check in. Funds will be returned upon departure.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
* For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.
* For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s)
received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
* Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES (maximum 60 guests)
31 to 60 pax = USD 1,200
- Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation
- Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season's schedule is required
- Fees are for 24hours and additional event premium may be applicable for subsequent parties
- A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site.
- A cleaning fee of up to US$350 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required
- Venue premium is not commissionable
PAYMENT OF BOOKINGS
- Intermediate + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
1- male or female joiners are invited over to the property, as non-registered guests
2- any illegal activities with under age individuals are witnessed (guests would be summoned to the local police)
3- any other illegal or inappropriate behavior, within the private boundaries of the property (use of drugs, pornographic movies or photographs, sexual trafficking...) will be reported to the police and use of the Property will be terminated, with no refund
4- no refund would be applicable.
