Altavista is situated in a very nice quiet area, but with everything at hand within 15 minutes. Typical Spanish towns Aspe, Monforte del Cid and Novelda only minutes away!

3 bedrooms, one with a ensuite bathroom and 2 beds, 2 other bedrooms having 2 beds and sharing the other bathroom with shower/bath and toilet. There is an extra toilet downstairs for those attending guests. Extrabed available.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, oven fridge, etc.
The living room has a dining area, and a living room with TV, Stereo etc., and sliding doors to the outside terraces with garden furniture for those nice hot evenings.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance is paid 4 weeks before arrival. A 250€ security deposit is required which is refundable within 2 weeks after your holiday subject to no damage to the village or its contents and no disrespectful treatment of the villa. Prices shown are accommodation only, please add €15/person for linen and towels (if needed), final clean 60€
A deposit of 20% when booking. Total invoice to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival including security deposit. If booking are maid less than 10 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due for payment when booking.

70% + refundable security deposit 250€ 6 weeks before arrival. Booking made later than 6 weeks prior to arrival 100% when booking.
When you have accepted our offer a rental aggreement will be forwarded to fill out together with an Invoice.
