This stunning two storey holiday home is with no doubt in a privileged location. Breathtaking views stretch up to the sea before your eyes. The 36.000 sqm of the house?s plot reach the peak of this Hill. A large gravel courtyard connects the parking lot, the pool and the house. Above the courtyard, you will find friendly donkey in a piece of land where the wild fennel grows among the weed.
The property has a pool 15 meters away from the house. The pool area can easily be closed with a low wooden gate. A fence protects the area of the pool. This is to make sure that the 4 by 9 meters large pool can keep toddlers away and avoid possible accidents. Behind the pool there is a small vegetable garden where the guests will be able to pick up some tomatoes, peppers, spring onions and some more vegetables.
The house has been recently renovated, not only a lot of work and effort were put into the renovation but also attention to the detail and very good taste. The exposed steel beams and quarry stones create comfort and a very special atmosphere. There are three bedrooms in this holiday home and they are all located on the upper floor; one of those bedrooms has its own TV and bathroom and two of the bedrooms have direct access to the roof terrace. On the lower ground floor the bathroom that was partially carved into the hill rocks has a large shower cubicle that could easily fit two people inside. The house is equipped with floor heating, WI-FI internet access and with an electronic alarm system.
