Our family of 5 visited over Christmas and enjoyed the convenience of restaurants, stores, and the beach within steps from our apartment. The unit was comfortable with nice beds and room A/C. Super close to our favorite restaurants, Oceano and Panne. We felt safe, but we heard of a late night robbery on the beach. Neighborhood is vibrant and can be noisy at night, but we were not bothered by this. Be sure to ask Victor how to operate the tv. Our flight was extremely delayed, and we appreciated Victor's contact with us and his opening the apartment at 5 am! We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

This apartment is exactly as seen in photos in a great, vibrant neighborhood within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The beach is right around the corner and it would be impossible to not find something to do on Ashford Avenue, especially at night.Victor was an absolute joy to work with, he was legitimate, professional, knowledgeable and available to answer questions during our entire stay. He even assisted us with an additional Condo as we had a very large group, but he made sure we all fit comfortably. We felt very safe and secure as there was a system of keys needed to move in and even around the building. The only negatives were that the A/C didn't work in the living room of this particular unit which we were not aware of ahead of time, however the A/C's worked flawlessly in the back bedrooms and kept us cool during the day so be sure to check on this ahead of time. Also one of my guests was briefly stuck in the elevator, but the maintenance man was contacted and immediately let her out and corrected the problem, we had no more elevator issues all weekend. Overall it was a great unit, in a great neighborhood and Victor is a great person to work with. I will certainly contact Victor in the future when coming to Puerto Rico and would suggest his services to everyone. He will certainly take care of you!
