Minimum StayThis Condado Beach Condo was absolutely Perfect
We requested this property at the last minute due to my father passing away in Puerto Rico and me & my family having to travel during 4th of July week. We were having difficulty finding occupancy everywhere and or finding outrageous rates. It was a blessing when Victor responded immediately upon our request and confirmed. The condo is well kept just as the pictures portrays. Loved the lay out and location. We had two parking spaces reserved securely within the building, which was a plus because parking in the Condado could be hectic. We had Walgreen's & restaurants at walking distances which was also an advantage. We look forward to visiting Puerto Rico and staying at this location during a more happier occasion. Beautiful condo- owner was more than awesome
My family and I of 7 adults recently stood in victors condo and were amazed by the place! Victor came by the day after arrival to meet us all and was so kind to us all- even offered to take us to the supermarket for groceries. The condo was well kept together , only small issue was one of the AC units didn't work the best but after a few days it was fine . When we first arrived we were confused on getting in and although it was in the evening , Victor answered our calls and walked us through it. We will definitely be coming back and hope to rent from him again.

Great location, great price, great time!
The location of this property is perfect! Only a few short steps to the beauitful Puerto Rico beaches, just down the block from a Walgreens (super convienient for anything you may need), and around a lot of great food spots. There is also a lot of night life around with bars just around the corner, or a short cab ride to Old San Juan which has a ton to do. We also were not far from an area where we rented jet skis and had a wonderful day. The property itself is also amazing. Great beach view from the dining room and the whole apartment is furnished with a great modern style. Beds are very comfortable and tons of drawers to put our clothing away which I always love. Also, the fact that the property came with beach towels, dishes, pots & pans, and other ammenities made the trip super easy upon arrival and enhanced our whole experience. The washer and dryer made the whole trip more convienent as we were able to wash towels and bathing suits after we left the beach. The building was also very nice, with a mirrored lobby area and an elevator. We did not hear any noise in the building which made it feel like we had it to ourselves which was really nice. Overall, we had a great experience and it was the perfect trip for our spring break. We were very sad to leave but I am sure we will be back!

The property is very secure & in a great location
I absolutely loved staying at this apartment. I traveled with a group of my friends for my bachelorette party and it was very comfortable. The two spacious bathrooms is a huge plus for a group of girls. It has all the amenities that you would find at your home. Victor was also super helpful throughout our stay. There are tons of restaurants, BARS! and shops within walking distance. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and the few steps from the beach gives this place a 20 out of 10. I can’t wait to go back to PR and I will definitely be staying here again

Location. Just gorgeous! apartment with parking located on the most beautiful beach of San Juan, 'Condado' - the tourist zone, walk to hotels, casinos, supermarkets open 24/7, fast foods, fine dining and exquisite shops, Walgreen across the street.. Completely equipped and furnished for your comfort. The views to the ocean are from the living room, dining or kitchen. The Condo is on 50 meters from the beach. It is equipped with washer and dryer, 1 King size bed in the master room, 1 king size bed on the second bedroom and 2 queen size beds on the third room, cable TV on the master bedroom and on the living area, air conditioner in all three bedrooms, stereo/CD player, beach towels, linens, and parking for two (2) cars with beeper access control. Daily maid service is not included, service can be provided at extra charge. There will be a cleaning fee at departure

April is the 4th month of the year and midway point to the summer holidays, in some years April is the month Easter falls. The daffodils are here and the mornings have brightened.
