The apartment is in a private condominium and the facilities are solely for the use of owners and rental guests. There is secure underground parking with lift access to all floors. The apartment was new in 2011 and all building work at the development is complete. The gardens are well maintained and there is a large children’s play area with lawn.
Open plan living & dining room with an east facing balcony that has large floor to ceiling patio doors leading onto the balcony. The dining area leads into a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
The main bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite (bath with shower over, bidet, WC and basin). The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes
There is a second bathroom with shower, WC and basin.

On the beach is a popular local cafe and restaurant which offers fresh local fish and meats cooked on an outdoor grill. This restaurant is very popular with locals and visitors alike. More cafes, bars and restaurants can be found a short walk from the apartment along the newly developed promenade of Quarteira. The promenade walk starts just 150 m from the apartment and can be followed right into the heart of Quarteira old town with its well established fish market and local shopping. There are several local supermarkets – the nearest is just 250m away. The traditional Algarve town has a good variety of local and international shops. The popular local gypsy market is located between Quarteira and Fonte Santa, approximately 1 km away.
