This brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom is located just short distance outside of town in the community of Colinas Miramar. Private pool, A/C, WiFi, brand new kitchen and appliances, outside deck space, and that view, we have it all here on offer.

The common living space is open concept allowing conversation and air to flow freely amongst you. Slide open the doors to the incredible patio space with comfortable oversized furniture (almost like a throne room if you will!), and your own private pool to cool off in. From here you can look 180 degrees to the various beaches and ocean views of the town of SJDS, Nicoya Peninsula Costa Rica, Nasaycola Bay- you literally have to spin to take it all on. Flanked by a beautiful green space to the north the home literally feels like a castle perched on a hill overlooking the small town and gorgeous surroundings.
Cook dinner in the brand new kitchen, complete with a six burner gas stove and ocean view. Enjoy dinner around the table and slide open the doors to let the breezes in. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ located just outside the pass through meaning you can pass the food in and out of the kitchen by just extending your arm!
Feeling tired? Just tuck into the comfortable living space and watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
The master bedroom is located just off the main living space. A large comfortable king size bed, private ensuite shower with hot water, A/C and the lovely walk out to a small patio space make this a lovely spot to enjoy a nights sleep and awake to the ocean (that's right- you have a view from bed!) Have a little one travelling with you? We have a comfortable futon chair we can make up in this space that is ideal for little ones. The second bedroom is stylishly appointed with a comfortable queen bed, new linens and A/C as well as ensuite. The third bedroom contains two full size beds and overlooks that incredible green forest space- A/C s also available in this space.
While a short taxi drive from town we do suggest renting your own AWD vehicle to maximize your enjoyment of the town and the surrounding beaches as well as to allow you the most freedom possible to move around when and where you would like too.
