We would recommend the place and location. It was very convenient and enjoyed all the activities that Nicaragua and San Juan del Sur had to offer. The house was very nice, had everything we needed for the week, was well protected, and comfortable. The pool was nice to enjoy in the hot Nicaraguan sun. Downtown is only a few minutes away with great restaurants. Be prepared that there is no hot water.

Everything was perfect and as advertise
Ten minutes walks from the action downtown San Juan Del Sur. Incredible view. Everything looks like new, we spent 6 nights in it and 5 nights in the other villa own by the same person (vista real). Through the eleven days i was in contact with Francines and she was really helpful when we needed anything. They're was a security guard for each villa, they were both really kind and helpful, the whole neighborhood felt really safe. I don't just recommand it, i'll be back in it myself as soon as i can take my next vacation.

Speechless!
The overall experience was great and would def recommend the rental. Both the agent and caretake did everything to accodomate us and made us feel welcomed! The house is beautiful, clean and well kept.

A beautiful modern house with a fantastic view within walking distance of SJDS and an onsite 24 hour cuidador, Casa 4 at Colinas del Miramar is the perfect blend of traditional Central America and the comforts of home. After a hot walk from town, cool off in a large, clean swimming pool or have a snooze in one of the three air conditioned rooms. Dinner at the many restaurants in SJDS is only a 15 minute walk or dine in your own modern kitchen equipped with a six burner gas range! We loved our extended stay at this property and appreciated the prompt and friendly responses to our inquiries from either the management team or the homeowner. We will be back.
