* Add $50 for Sunday arrivals and $50 for Sunday departures to cover overtime payments to maids.
* Base Rate is for up to 6 persons.
* On rentals of 4 or more weeks a surcharge will apply for excessive electrical consumption. For these longer stays the electrical meter will be read on arrival, at each 4 week interval and departure. Any electrical consumption over $150 per 4 week period will be extra. If you are conservative of your energy use, the $150 allowance should be fine. We will need to collect a refundable deposit of $300 for this purpose.
* The minimum rental is 7 nights unless otherwise agreed to.
* There is a $40 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee for this property which provides up to $1000 in coverage.
* Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you to vacate. Parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests without prior written permission, will also result in a forfeit of the security deposit.
* Tripz.com recommends never sending unsecure funds to an owner such as Western Union or cash.
