Minimum StayPerfect house in a perfect location
This was my family's second visit to Brisa Caribe and this trip was as wonderful as the last. The house is large, beautiful, comfortable, and laid out in a way that is ideal for large groups. Doug and Desiree have thought of everything--from an extra refrigerator downstairs, to an extremely well-equipped kitchen, to extra snorkels to use, and on and on. The vistas from each of the three floors are breathtaking. It's an ideal place to relax, enjoy the pool and the peaceful atmosphere, or to venture out into the ocean or partake in one of the many nearby activities in the surrounding Puerto Aventuras village or beyond. Puerto Aventuras, where the house is located, is a terrific base of operations--numerous restaurants, places to rent boats or arrange excursions, convenience stores, shopping, and even a place to workout or take a yoga class are all within walking distance. It's a short trip to the active social life of Playa del Carmen, in one direction, and to the wonders of Tulum and other Mayan ruins, in the other. In addition, the staff at the house was just wonderful--friendly and helpful in all respects. We could not have been happier and will certainly return.

Luxurious quiet clean comfortable
We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was even better then the photos. We especially liked the privacy and of course the very swim-able lagoon. We rented the double kayak, snorkeled, paddled boarded and even tubed with the fun water toys! We also rented a golf cart for the day a must do. We grilled every night on the propane grill that is provided. It also had a water station that even had hot water wonderful for your own french press or hot instant soups. They even have a laundry facility right in the building. It's a short walk to the Marina where there are a lot of bars restaurants shops and even a mini farmers market. The condo was very clean (no bugs) comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It also had a lot of USA TV channels Dish Network. The water pressure in the showers was like getting a mini spa treatment! Which I actually did at the Allegra Spa at the Catalonia. We had part of the family staying at the Catalonia. It is very close by. The air conditioning also worked very well in every room. The staff is very helpful too. This is probably the nicest and most comfortable condo that I have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot from Mexico Belize and Costa Rica!

Fantastic Condo
This unit is exactly as it appears in the photographs. It was clean and well-appointed. Traveling over the New Year holiday, we anticipated large crowds. Not the case. Our segment of the beach had few other guests. The ability to step off the patio directly onto the sand was a huge feature. The staff assisting with booking could not have been better. Our transportation to and from the airport, as well as for an excursion to Coba, was exactly what we had hoped. We also took a Fat Cat Catamaran snorkeling tour, which I would highly recommend. The staff at the complex is also very helpful. It was a top notch experience. We are a family of 5 with two college students and one in high school The condo was very comfortable for us.

Perfect!
The complex is perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Aventuras. The condo is exactly as described / photographed. The booking experience was flawless. The staff at the condo complex was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the beach right in front of our doorstep. All in all, this was a perfect experience!
