My husband and my adult daughter stayed here. We like to rest on vacation and enjoy looking at the water. The complex was very quiet, we stayed 2 weeks. I don't cook big meals but I did cook omelets, make a lot of coffee and served a lot of wine and cheese on the terrace. The kitchen was well equipped. Any issues were handled quickly by Aeriel or his staff. You can even rent kayaks for the inlet. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to restaurants and to just sightsee within the complex. The restaurants Doug put in the pre-arrival letter were great. We ate at the Pub, Hippos and Café Ole several times. La Caleta had really good fish tacos. One thing to keep in mind, check to see if they accept credit cards or have charges for credit card use. We never even exchanged money for pesos. The pictures are pretty true and any issues are soon forgotten when you go out on the patio. It is huge. It is a comfortable home. Bring movies if you need to wind down in the evening as the tv did go in and out sometimes. We speak mostly English and did find at least one station that had shows we enjoyed. There is wifi and it would go out now and then. Once again not an issue as there was no charge for wifi and many places charge for wifi. Many of the restaurants have free wifi as well. I will use this service again.

Loved This Place!
My husband and I stayed for a week at this lovely condo. The terrace was absolutely the highlight of this condo, and the location was so peaceful. We would spend our days doing a variety of things. We would start at one of the wonderful bakeries at the town center having a chocolate croissant, and a smoothie. There were a variety of activities either at our condo such as snorkeling, beach combing, and enjoying the rocks with tide pools right in front of the condo. We usually snacked on some things we got from the grocery store for lunch. We would then head into the town center to enjoy dinner overlooking the dolphin pools. We loved the many varieties of restaurants Puerto Aventuras had to offer. The Wi-Fi at this house was an absolute lifesaver as our cell phones did not make it back safely from our whale shark excursion on the first day. This allowed us to stay in touch with our children back home through our iPad. Doug and Desiree were absolute gems to deal with. Anytime I had a question about anything they would get back to me within minutes. They also arranged our airport transfer by a company called super trans 2000. They were great to deal with, and were waiting for us at the airport with our name on a sign when we walked outside. The driver, Carlos, was excellent and did not scare us at all while driving among some of the crazy traffic. Carlos stopped at the grocery store for us and waited for an hour while we got groceries . I paid all of the shuttle money minus the last tip upfront, and Carlos returned for us at exactly the time we needed him to on our day of departure. It was a very smooth trip, and I would recommend Brisa Caribe to anyone who is looking to have a nice peaceful vacation. Even the condo administrator, Ariel, allowed us to print our boarding passes from his office printer so that we would not be delayed at the airport. All in all this was a great vacation and we cannot wait to come back.

An Incredible Place
Two weeks between Sol y Luna and Casa Flores. Both units were comfortable and impressive locations. We felt we were immersed in a luxurious 5 star location - staff were friendly and eager to help. The location and views were stunning - ocean and pool - the grounds including the lagoon were perfect. Close enough to the action and amenities in Puerto Aventuras but distant enough to not be affected by the crowds at the all inclusive. Peaceful. We will be back and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this location. Note - we travel a lot - and have been to many spots so we are not easily impressed.

Beyond Excellent
The unit was as advertised. Fantastic!!! Both Doug and Desiree at Brisa Caribe were very helpful and made the reservation a breeze. They provided great information and assistance with airport transfers, local attractions and recommendations for dining etc. The onsite manager Aerial was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our needs. Pedro does most of the maintenance and was always around keeping the grounds looking great. Would love to return some day to this beautiful area and would definitely use this company again for any of my reservation needs in this area.
