We loved our condo and the area of Puerto Adventuras! Highly recommend working with Brisas Caribe....their communication and tips for enjoying the area made our trip so much easier. Walking distance to food, close to area attractions, snorkeling, pools, and the condo was great and stocked with everything we needed! Highly recommend this condo and this rental group!

Wonderful condo
Just returned last night from one month in this stunning condo. This is a penthouse condo on the 4th floor. I have never rented a condo that was soo well equipped. There were no issues, everything worked and it was exactly as shown in the pictures and the commentary from Brisas Caribe website. Huge rooms lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, well stocked bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen which was good for me as I cook I no a lot. Steps to a beautiful beach and never a lack of sun beds or chairs. The beach in front is rocky but 2 minutes walk along the beach and the beach in front of the Omni Hotel is beautiful.. We swam and snorkeled every day. Thanks to Doug and Brisas Caribe for finding this for us. Also Rosa at the Property management company was super. Already booked in the same complex for next year.

Fabulous Condo on the Beach!
We had a fabulous stay at the Mayan Magic! The condo very spacious and modern and had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay. The living area had a cool convertible couch and a dining table for six. The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed to cook meals and feel right at home -- including granite counter tops and a host of modern appliances. We ate breakfast here each day and some dinners as well. The bedrooms were very nice with a memory foam mattress in the Master, and the bathrooms were modern and nicely designed. There is also a washer/dryer combo, so you can keep all your clothes fresh and clean. There are two buildings – one right on the beach and the other a little behind it, separated by a large swimming pool. We were in the one not on the beach, but it was a 1-minute walk to the water, so it was no big deal for us. The beach area has another swimming pool right in front of the building and then there is the white sand. It was totally beautiful and relaxing to sit in chairs on the beach and watch the waves come in. One tip: the beach area is an awesome place to take pictures of you and your family with an amazing background of ocean, palm trees and sand. Bring your camera and shoot to your heart’s content! Puerto Aventuras is a nice little town with a marina and pleasant town square filled with restaurants and shops surrounding a central lagoon where dolphins reside. It’s a gated community and is a favorite of American expats. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Mayan Magic. We will be back!

Very nice condo
very nice condo, just returned from 8 night stay. location is excellent, beach is gorgeous but access is not great, too many rocks. It's a short walk to better access. Condo met all needs and was well equipped. It was great value and would definitely return.

One step inside of this alluring 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, penthouse condo in the quinta maya condo complex and you will be spellbound by its charm. A warm ambiance will immediately take you over and begin to soothe your soul. All thoughts and the stress of the world you left behind will mysteriously vanish as you become captivated by this mayan magic.
Warm earth tones, extensive use of natural materials, tasteful furnishings and a fine attention to detail will all lure you further in and under the mayan magic spell.
The open floor plan of the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, is accentuated by the stunning vaulted red brick ceilings lovingly created by craftsman of a disappearing art. These marvellous ceilings have the same awe inspiring effect in the 2 spacious bedrooms.
The condo is located in the back building with very nice views of a stylish pool and tropical gardens. It is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and a second, oceanfront pool. Although you do not have the ocean/beach view, you enjoy all of the privileges of this private beachfront complex including chaise lounges, thatch umbrellas and beach/poolside washroom.
