With a white sand beach just steps beyond the pool AND that gorgeously inviting crystal blue tropical waters lapping at the shore. This is the location and vision that will create a most memorable tropical vacation.
The condo Mayan Ocean has a spacious covered terrace with gate that provides access to the pool and beach just beyond. This large pool directly in front of the condo is one of the two pools at the Quinta del Sol complex. The other is smaller and right beside the beach. This convenient location makes this condo an ideal choice for families who can relax in the shade of their private terrace while the kids frolic in the pool, or those who simply want to be able to easily transition between pool/beach side and their condo.
This lovely Quinta del Sol condo is very spacious with an open concept living/dining area and kitchen. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that provide a view of the pool and ocean beyond while giving access to the large covered terrace that stretches the width of the condo.
The living room has a large couch, a couple of easy chairs and a large flat screen TV with Canadian satellite.
A large hand made dining table with 8 handmade chairs invites the group to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Out on the terrace there is a marble table with seating for six so you can also enjoy your meals 'al fresco' A gas grill on the terrace is perfect for grilling up a tasty Mexican arrachera steak or your fresh catch from your deep sea fishing adventure.
A granite bar between the dining area and kitchen has 2 stools so an ideal place to serve up a quick snack to the kids if you can drag them in from that pool and beach.
The kitchen is finished with granite counter tops and handmade hardwood cabinets. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and everything you might need to prepare meals in.
The entrance to both of the bedrooms are situated off to the side of living/dining room. Both bedrooms are very spacious with lots of storage and individual control A/C.
The Master bedroom suite with its King bed, is on the pool/ocean side with a sliding glass door out to the terrace. An en-suite bathroom with shower is conveniently attached to the bedroom.
The guest bedroom has Twin beds that can be made up as a King. There is also a Queen size air mattress that can be used if another bed is required. An attached en-suite bathroom with shower finishes off the room.
