Condo Casa Vida Mar

Home Description

The 1 bedroom condo Casa Vida Mar located in the beachfront Quinta Maya condo complex of Puerto Aventuras, is a very cute and comfortable, fully equipped condo that offers affordability and a highly desirable location on the Omni Beach just a short stroll from the village center.

This Quinta Maya 1 bedroom condo is situated in the 'B' building of the complex with a pleasant view overlooking the picturesque garden swimming pool and tropical gardens.

The Quinta Maya complex consists of 2 low density buildings, 2 stylish swimming pools and a marvellous slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, gin clear Caribbean water.

Complex amenities include off street parking, elevators in both buildings, chaise lounges around the pools and beach, poolside washroom, and thatch palapa umbrellas on the beach.

Quinta Maya offers a sophisticated and intimate environment where you will feel relaxed and welcome by the friendly owners and other guests who you can't help but meet during your stay.

Casa Vida Mar means 'the House of Sea Life' in English.  The owners of this delightful condo have a true appreciation for the sea and life within, and so used this as the central theme for the condo decor.  All of the original art work is done by local artists.

The combination living room, dining area/kitchen is compact but functional.  Two futon style sofas face each other.  These can be used as additional beds if required.

A well designed and well stocked kitchen is neatly tucked in to the corner. A full size oven, 2 burner stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a full compliment of glass and dishware ensures that everything is there for those who want to cook in.

An innovatively designed dining table on wheels and 4 sturdy stools is provided should you want to eat in. But why not dine al fresco on the terrace where you can not only enjoy the fresh air, but the exotic plants and wonderful view of the garden swimming pool. Here you will find a larger table and 4 patio chairs.

Stepping down a short hallway you come to the entrance foyer. Leading off of the foyer is the bathroom with shower to one side and the bedroom straight ahead to the rear of the condo.

The bedroom has a Queen bed, dressing table, plenty of closet space and an inviting terrace with a pleasing view over the Puerto Aventuras rooftops.

The 1 bedroom condo Vida Mar and the complex Quinta Maya, are an ideal combination for a couple looking for a week in paradise, or to settle in for the winter season.

Quinta Maya "B" side stay

My wife and I stayed in March for 1 month. The stay was absolutely wonderful the description in the pictures were exactly what we had. the pools were beautiful and the beach area was beautifully maintained. The surrounding area with the Marina and the shops and restaurants were easy to get to. The Pub restaurant was one of our favorite places to go and meet with friends We had a wonderful and restful time there. We would definitely go again.

Maya Visit

We stayed for a week. The accomm is very well maintained, clean and very quiet in the B building. We slept very well with only the screen doors closed. It seems an extremely safe and friendly area. Approx a 5 min walk along beach or on the road to the central shopping area, as well as the lagoon where you can watch the daytime dolphin shows as you eat. Nice little restaurants with live ent in evenings. Snorkel off the rocky point to the left, by the green lighted marker, just inside the reef. We had seaweed washing up on the beaches during our week but apparently that is only a seasonal thing and they do rake it up regularly. There are a couple protected wading lagoons right beside this building which would be ideal for kids. Puerto Aventuras seems like a nicely "sanitized" version of Mexico but its also super relaxing and such a great location to go see all the Maya sights and towns from. We did rent a car and used it every day to see sights and beaches from Tulum to Playa Del Carmen. Akumal was the best, though busy, for snorkeling with turtles and swimming.
