My family and I had a great stay. The space is perfect for 6 adults, and they even helped us with a crib and a high chair for our 7 month old baby =D. Mayan waters is conveniently located by the beach, with great access to the Puerto Aventuras community. The building is very well maintained, and the apartment has everything you need for a very confortable stay... from linens, towels, and a complete kitchen. If you are looking for a spacious apartment, at the beach, and within a safe and family oriented community (Puerto Aventuras), search no more.... this is the place.

This is a great condo!
This is a great condo that is very comfortable. Three bedrooms with a private bath for each. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of dishes to use. The pools are nice. The condo is clean. The staff was very responsive and friendly when bringing propane for the grill and water. Each bedroom has individual climate control which is very nice when you need varying temperatures for comfort. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Nice, quiet, relaxing.
This condo fit us perfectly for our girls trip. It was very well furnished and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. There was more than enough kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes to store all the over grocery shopping we did. The pool area was super enjoyable. Ernesto, Doug, and Danielle were very helpful and always handled any questions or issues very quickly. Thank you! We'd love to return again.

Great place to stay!
We had a great time at this condo. The apartment was super nice, clean, with all we needed. The pool was fun for my kids. The beach was beautiful. We loved walking to the beach from the pool. The condo is located within a residential complex. You can walk to tennis/golf club, to restaurants, convenience store, ice-cream shops. There's even a Swim-with-Dolphins attraction within the complex. The property manager checked on us to see if we needed anything. Short drive to other attractions like Xcaret and Xplor. Perfect location for day trips. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Aventuras. Absolutely recommended!

'Mayan Waters' is a gorgeous 2130 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, penthouse condo with ocean views located in the beautiful Quinta del Sol complex of enchanting Puerto Aventuras Mexico. Highlights of this bright and airy condo include stunning vaulted dome brick ceilings in every room, handcrafted solid wood furniture, natural stones and marble finishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a great location in a stylishly designed and well maintained complex that is close to all of that Puerto Aventuras has to offer.
The complex includes 2 fabulous swimming pools, chaise lounges for the beach and pool, thatch umbrellas on the beach, off street parking and an elevator.
The condo offers a balanced blend of traditional Mexican charm with modern day convenience and comfort.
The open design of Mayan Waters is ideal for the natural flow of movement and conversation. The spacious full kitchen is well equipped to prepare anything from a refreshing cocktail, to a light snack, or a multi course meal. Granite counter tops, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, rich mahogany cabinetry and all of the modern appliances ensure the cook in your group is well taken care of.
A wood dining table with seating for 8 is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and two love seats. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD/CD player.
A large slider provides access to the terrace where you will find 2 chaise lounges, a table with 4 chairs, wet bar and a gas grill, inviting you to enjoy your meals al fresco as you contemplate the days activities.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with quality linens beneath a vaulted red brick dome ceiling. An attached bathroom with shower is very tastefully done in marble. A glass slider from the bedroom provides access to the terrace which runs the length of the frontage to connect with the dining and living rooms.
The 1st. Guest bedroom, like the master bedroom, has a King bed under another magnificent dome brick ceiling. Quality linens ensure a comfortable night of rest to inspire restful dreams of warm Caribbean days spent frolicking in those rejuvenating Mayan Waters. The attached bathroom has a bath tub/shower and finished in the same high quality marbles. A sliding glass door opens up to a small terrace where you can enjoy marina & jungle views.
The 2nd Guest bedroom has Twin beds, attached bathroom with shower and vaulted dome ceiling. A Queen air mattress can be set up in this room if requested.
