The Mayan Palace is a fantastic destination for couples and families. This was our 2nd trip to this property, but the first time with this Manager. David was amazing at giving us insights we didn't have, even though we had stayed here before. He made sure we were well taken care of so that everything with our trip would run smoothly. He communicated clearly and quickly with me, which I appreciated as we were trying to plan our travel with a short time frame. We will definitely travel with this Manager again! The hotels of Vidanta are fantastic and this is a resort we plan to attend for many years to come!

Mayan Palace - Awesome!!!!!
The Mayan Palace is without question an over the top resort! With it's impeccable beauty and natural surroundings it is one of our favorite destination resorts. Strolling over the many raised walkways throughout the resort one feels as though they are in the jungle (especially at night). It is not only fascinating, but actually romantic! The pool is perhaps the best one we have ever enjoyed as it rambles through the resort and takes up several acres. Plenty of chairs to accommodate whether one chooses the pool area or the beautiful sandy beach. Dining was excellent with many restaurant choices and exceptional cuisine...there was not a bad choice in the lot. Our group of three couples used taxis to see the sites of Tulum (Mayan ruins), beautiful town of Playa del Carmen and the smaller quaint towns in both directions of the resort. Our particular unit was luxurious (marble and stone abound) and centrally located with easy access to all amenities. The entire staff and housekeepers were nice, friendly and most helpful. Our experience was amazing and we can't wait to go back. We certainly will choose this particular unit for our next visit! The managers David and Becky were wonderful and a delight. Everything was as promised...and more.

Relax on the wonderful beaches at this beautiful resort. Or, swim in multiple beautiful pools or the lazy river. Enjoy many on site activities, or visit nearby Mayan ruins or travel the short distances to Cancun or Playa del Carmen.
Play the onsite 18 hole Jack Nicholas Golf Course or visit the spa and fitness center. There are also 4 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, nightly entertainment, snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaks for your enjoyment. Activities are also offered for the children. There are also multiple gourmet restaurants on property.
Your unit includes a fully furnished kitchen, in room Jacuzzi, terrace with a mini pool, marble bathroom, air conditioning, and cable TV. Sleeps up to 8, with King bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the lockout bedroom. A fold out couch is available in the living room. Each room is elegantly furnished, with beautiful views of the Pacific or tropical gardens.
Also available are rooms in similar resorts in Acapulco, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Nuevo Vallarta, & Puerto Penasco. You choose.
NOTE: The 2 bedrooms can be split up to be rented separately for a slight up charge. The bedroom with the living and dining area attached would be 70% of the weekly rental price for the full Master Suite. The bedroom only lockout unit would be 45% of the full Master Suite cost.

There is an incredible number of activities to do in this area: Diving, Fishing, Mayan Ruins, Shopping, Visiting nearby islands, swimming in Cenotes, a nature based amusement park, Cirque du Soliel show, etc.
