Refundable Security Deposit - USD500.00 , 50% of payment due on booking. Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit is charged to the credit card and refunded with two weeks of check out and upon inspection of premises for damage or missing items.
Cancellation within 60 days of booked date will be charged 50% of rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of booked date will be subject to full charge of rental. Guest security deposit will be refunded.
