Our program provides daily mind-body experiential classes such as various forms of yoga, meditation, tai chi, qi-gong, zumba, body boot camp among others with accomplished teachers and visiting experts. Throughout the week, classes, workshops and guided sessions explore spiritual and stress management themes in a way that is both practical and accessible.
Shen Zone
