The first floor of this snow-white villa is dedicated entirely to a sunken living room, a large open-floor kitchen and an eclectic dining area. Expansive glass sliders lead from the living and dining area to the stylish pool patio. Here you will find 2 more “strategically-positioned” living spaces furnished with tables and cushioned chairs and loveseats, which face the pool and the paradise-like white beach.
Toward the surf line several turquoise-colored sun lounges invite you to embrace a real Mexican siesta under the clear blue sky.
The second floor of Casa Texoma hosts another living room, the second kitchen, the 4 charming bedrooms and a whole line of ocean side terraces facing the South Akumal Beach.
All of the bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning and a private terrace. One bedroom faces the garden area and has two trundle beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. The rest of the bedrooms face the Caribbean and are furnished with king-size beds.
