We provide everything for a family vacation. Included are surfboards, boogie boards. The private pool and deck overlook the warm warmers of this swimable beach. snorkeling is just out front. Great surfing and every beach activity you can imagine.
The home is on an acre with plenty of room to entertain. Gated and private. We live on the property and are here to help you with anything to make your stay comfortable. East Cape is a bit remote, but convenient for town, restaurants and shopping. Many activities in the neighborhood and the town of San Jose DEL Cabo. CABO SAN LUCAS is an hour west of us. The community consists of 150 homes. Great area for active people and beach lovers. No loud bars or disturbing vendors. Cabo Pulmo is an hour away for all you snorkeling and scuba fans.

Rates are based on the number of people.Base rate of $500 a night for 4 or less , additional people up to 8 is $75.00 person(or $800 for 8) No charge for pets, babies under the age of 2. Crib and high chair and basic baby needs are provide at no charge. All priced include taxes. No security depsosit,but you are asked to replace anything broken or damage due to your fault.
Your 25% depsosit is fully refunded up to 30 days before. Cancellations after that can be rescheduled, except for holidays
We require 25% down to book and hold. We cannot hold after 24 hrs, if we do not have a deposit. We will send the deposit information and instructions via our personal email.we will send a confirmation email to you
