It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a fine 15th Century building called Palazzo Salviati on via della Vigna Vecchia in the Santa Croce neighborhood of Florence, and is just a short walk from the city’s main tourist attractions.
The apartment is split on two levels and comprises a magnificent living-room with antique coffered ceilings, a bright living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower and spacious closet, a second double bedroom which boasts superb 15th Century frescoes, original coffered ceilings and splendid blue satin curtains and a lovely marble bathroom with bathtub. To complete this floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds and third bathroom with bathtub. A lovely staircase leads to the upper floor where guests will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, the small laundry room and a storage area.
The apartment boasts wonderful original cotto floors, wooden coffered ceilings and original frescoes which give this apartment a very elegant and historic style and atmosphere.
