The apartment is restored in original Tuscan country style. It is part of ?Cappannelle? Holiday House, an old farm house, property of our family, which we have recently restored. Inside you will also find photographs that tell our Story and our Love for our land and job.
APARTMENT
Here under the main characteristics of the apartment:
- Large living room with two sofa and TV
- Typical Tuscan kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs
- Romantic fireplace in Tuscan style
- 3 Bedrooms: one bedroom with double wrought iron bed and two bedrooms each one with two single beds (or double beds on request) always wrought iron type
- 2 Bathrooms with shower, sink, toilette and hair dryer
- Furthermore we have washing machine, iron and iron table.
- Total surface: 100 square meters
The apartment has also WIFI connection.
The interiors and furnishings are Tuscan style. Most of the objects and furnishings are from the family.
The Holiday House "Cappannelle" has two apartments (this one and a smaller one for 2-3 people) each with his own entrance.
Outside there is a common garden, with flowers, barbecue, tables, chairs, umbrella and swing seat where You can relax and enjoy looking at the stars during the beautiful evenings of Tuscan countryside.
The apartment "Relax & Love in Tuscany" is surrounded by the green vineyards of Tuscany in the countryside near Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, under the Pratomagno Mountain, famous for nature, wildlife, little ancient villages, good cuisine and excellent wine.
The area is very safe and quiet so, think just relaxing and enjoying it.
PRICE, SERVICES AND WELCOME PRESENT
The apartment is beautiful and relaxing. We take care of our guests needs and we are always at disposal for giving all the necessary information in order to help You organizing Your holiday. All this we a good balance quality/price.
The price includes: linen and towels which will be changed once per week and final clearing fees which will be carried out after the check-out.
With an agreement, we offer a swimming pool service, at approx. 2 km from the apartment, at only 5 euro/day (adult), 2,5 euro/day kids (3-12 years) and free for little baby (under 3 years). You can buy the discounted tickets directly from us.
At your arrival, you will find a present (a bottle of Chianti Wine from our vineyards) as our welcome. During the weekend, people who will stay for at least 1 week, if they wish, they can spend a pleasant evening with our family tasting typical Tuscan dishes and our Chianti Wine.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
In Castiglion Fibocchi 0,8 km from the house, you can find supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, butcher, pharmacy and all you need. In the apartment you will also find a map showing all these shops and also the emergency number if needed.
For those seeking entertainment and nightlife there are several options in Arezzo or even in Florence, with their bar, pubs and club. Very close to the apartment (5 km) there is the disco club "Dolce Verde" open from spring to autumn.
About shopping, there are several famous Brand Fashion Outlet: first at all Prada Space in Montevarchi The Mall in Leccio-Reggello and the Valdichiana Outlet Village in Foiano della Chiana.
