New boutique Apartment on the 3rd floor (building has an elevator): A big living room, 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds each and a lovely balcony. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen facilities, AC, free wifi, LCD, DVD, cables, washing & drying machine clean lines and towels.
HOW MANY?
The apartment is suitable for up to five guests.

HOW MUCH?
High season (June – September, Christmas and New Year's Eve) – 200$ per night, 5400$ per month.
Off season – 150$ per night, 3300$ per month.
Parking – extra 10$ a day, Extra gusts (up to 4 people) – extra 15$ a day
Mandatory payments: Cleaning fee – 75$ (at the end of your stay), Security deposit – 500$ .
Not including Electricity that will be charge 0.65 nis by used Kilowatt.
