Villa Sleeps10Bedrooms3Bathrooms3Minimum Stay2 nightsThe main entrance to Villa Fegari is to the top floor’s large open-plan, split level space which includes a kitchen, dining area and sunken living room with many windows from which to admire the view and French doors leading out to a large terrace. This spacious and airy room has wooden ceilings and floors, with natural wood cabinets and a big wooden dining table. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and includes a dishwasher with the dining area sitting just above the living room. A step down brings you to the sitting room, with corner fireplace and traditional built-in seating. A television sits in one corner and a good selection of books line the walls. Two French windows lead out to a large, well-furnished terrace with 180 degree views from one side of the island to the other. Stairs next to the entrance lead down to the lower level where there are two spacious double bedrooms, one with en-suite w/c shower, with a further w/c shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms have French windows out to the pool area, which can also be reached via a door in the hallway on this lower level. A third and completely separate bedroom with double bed and en-suite w/c shower room is accessed by French windows from the pool terrace giving added privacy within larger groups.
EXTERIOR
Villa Fegari is traditional in style and sits in its own well maintained gardens, accessed by a gate set within walls designed to protect its privacy. A large, partially covered terrace is conveniently located just off the kitchen and overlooking the pool and has a BBQ and long picnic-style table with built-in seating and plenty of cushions. Stairs lead down from this terrace to the spacious pool area, from which the same amazing views can be enjoyed.
SURROUNDINGS
Villa Fegari is situated in the hills above the town and can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car from Skopelos town with the beaches at Glyfoneri and Glysteri being only a few minutes drive away. A rough dirt road starts nearby the villa in the opposite direction from Skopelos and takes you across the island to Panormos and Elios, stopping to admire the views along the way. The villa is also a great starting point for walkers as there are many tracks to explore closeby.
