French doors lead out from the living room to the terrace with views over Skopelos Town and the harbour. A short hallway from the kitchen leads to a w/c shower room and a bedroom with twin beds, which also has French doors leading to a small balcony. To the opposite side of the kitchen is a doorway leading to a light and airy dining room and through to a second w/c shower room and the master bedroom with double bed and Juliet balcony.
EXTERIOR
Although Elia Cottage and Elia Villa share the same grounds, the surrounding olive groves offer sufficient privacy to both villas. The addition of its own private pool and spacious terraces overlooking the town and harbour makes this a very comfortable cottage.
SURROUNDINGS
Elia Cottage is conveniently located within 2 km of the town and 3 km to some of the island`s best beaches. The convenience of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car and, for those who prefer to walk, the town is just 15 minutes by foot and Stafilos and Velanio beaches only 30 minutes away.
SUITABILITY
The Cottage is good for families with plenty of outdoor spaces in which to play and explore whilst also being a romantic hideaway for couples. The ability to book the Villa and Cottage together makes it a great choice for very large parties and family reunions but, when booked separately, privacy is not an issue for either of the properties.
