Left on 09/19/2013 for a stay in August 2013 It is the first location which looks better than in the photos :). The apartment has everything that a guest may need, at high standard. The cleaning is made daily. It is located close enough to the center of the city but, in the same time, far enough from the noises. The complex (of apartments) has 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi, nice garden, excellent view. Excellent accomodation!
Left on 07/04/2013 for a stay in June 2013 Our accommodation on Princess Islands was absolutely excellent!!. The residence is wonderful decorated and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The view is incredible so you can enjoy every day the sunrise and sunset and the yachts on the seafront. The residence offers two large pools with nice sea view and jacuzzi, a wonderful barbeque area and a nice garden. Everything is decorated with taste on each small detail. The apartments are great too, with nice terraces and balconies and equipped with everything you might think of. We recommend this location which is absolutely wonderful! Amazing views, amazing stay
Property was spacious with the 50sq m veranda with exquisite views over the nearby islands and swimming pools. Great air conditioning when temperatures were 35+ degrees outside. We had a cleaner in everyday which was nice. We did need a car to get anywhere as the apartment is up a very steep hill but it was so worth it. Very close to Nidri town centre so we were out pretty much every night. I cannot wait to come back to this beautiful island! Dream holiday!
Left on 07/31/2013 for a stay in July 2013 We spent a week at the end of july 2013 int this dreamland. We booked for villa Cheloni. We've got amazing holiday for our price. Villa has 2 swimming pools,jacuzzis a fantastic bbq area, good sized terrace with amazing views to nidri and the islands. Villas cleaned every day, staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for them. Everything is in the highest standards inside and outside too. City centre is in about 2 minutes by car, so the nightlife is so close. A great experience!
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in July 2012 Lots of people are chasing for "the ideal vacations" and are interested in having a great and relaxing time. The most important thing when you're planning your vacations is to choose the right place to stay and of course, to choose people who will try their best, for you, to have a pleasant stay.(people you can trust) We are extremely pleased with our choice to stay in residence "Sparti" and to trust this responsible, noble, "perfectionist" and really friendly and kind man, Kyriakos Kartanos(owner). We could not hold our positive emotions during all our stay! Since we arrived to the residence, we realized that we will have vacations in some sort of paradise! It was so beautiful around, full of green, blue, colors of healthy living, this kind of scenery that will be loved and not be forgotten. The building is top-class and everything is so well made, with extra caution on details that really make the difference. The view from the terrace is amazing! Rooms and all spaces of the residence are beautifully and luxuriously constructed, very clean, modern and cosy. Someone can spend many hours swimming and having fun in the big pool. Service, without doubt, is the best you can get and this warm hospitality, personal concern of Kyriakos as far as his enduring interest in quality matters, were things that we truly noticed. Staying in this residence is something we never experienced before and it acquires a new dimension in someones holidays. Really speaking, you feel very lucky to rest in such an idyllic environment on this beautiful island. It's very difficult to find such a place with such a service. We had the experience of a lifetime! Finally, i would like to refer to barbeque time and that we had such a nice time together then, thank you for everything, Kyriakos, from the deeps of our hearts! The luxury residences “ Princes’Islands “ complex situated at Nidri village among a green-full environment with view to the Princes' Islands area , of Ionian sea . There are 2 Residences , similar and independent . The Residences named "Tsokari" and “ Cheloni “are each 50 sq m , with one bedroom , one bathroom , living/dining room with double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen and very big verandas . They are capable to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Everything within this accommodations has been carefully chosen to ensure all its visitors have an enjoyable and relaxing times . Decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
All the comforts and needs for today’s visitors are offered . Wireless free Internet , Air conditioning ( in all rooms ), TV ( in all rooms ) , satellite TV , DVD player, CD player, Fireplace . The bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a toilet etc . The bathroom has hot water 24-hours a day, a bath tub , a shower , a washing-machine, a hairdryer, towels etc . There are also Iron and ironing board, clotheshorse . The kitchen is fully equipped with a Refrigerator , Freezer , Cooking top , Oven ,Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster , Boiler , Multi mixer , Dishwasher, all utensils for cooking, dishes, glasses and cutlery etc .
Verandas are spacious with dining and relaxing outdoor lounge furniture where you can also enjoy an uninterrupted fantastic view.
Two large swimming pools (connected with gardens) with extra children pool, jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas, are waiting for you to relax. You can sit by the pools of the complex and enjoy the view .
Also you can enjoy outdoors meals, in the fully equipped BBQs with Pergola , tables , chairs, sofa etc .
Parking is available in private ground, just in front of the Residences . Each Residence has a private ( individual ) burglar alarm and Safe box .
The construction of the complex and surroundings was totally completed in 2015.
About The Area
These small evergreen islets are known as the Prinkiponnisia (Princes' Islands), the natural sea gulf and its surrounding areas, the green of the mountains that rise up behind the accommodation, the green and deep blue waters on which many small boats and yachts sail, the water sports on the beaches of Nidri and Perigiali, all of these combined make a totally unique area.
You can have a private visit in the islets by small boat that you can rent by the beach or by tour boats that depart daily from Nidri.
Nidri became known internationally through its acquaintance with Aristotle Onnassis and his island Scorpios. The resort offers the possibility for marine sports such as water skiing and parascending amongst the Pringkiponnisa.
Nidri during the summer period is perhaps the most live piece on Lefkada with the innumerable yachts that stop in his harbour, the endless restaurants and coffee bars.
Tourists from the all parts of world compose a polyplismic jigsaw.
From the harbour of Nidri there are small medium and large boats that will take you on a cruise around the Princes' Islands (Prinkiponnisa), to the well-known beaches Porto Katsiski and Egkremni, to Cephalonia and Ithaca and the cave of Papanikoli and Meganisi.
If you enjoy the adventure we recommend you rent a small boat from the beach in Nydri and explore the area of the Prigkiponisia, and discover the beautiful secluded bays.

Reservation and Booking policy:
All reservations will be processed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation amount.
Once we have received your deposit in our specified bank account we will send you a confirmation of your reservation via email to complete the process.
We will accept any cancellations up to 60 days prior to the arrival date with a full refund of your deposit. It is strict policy, no refund of your deposit for any cancellations after the 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Suitability
The Luxurious Residences with one double bedroom named "Tsokari" and "Cheloni".
Each one is 50 sq m (capable of accommodating from 2 to 4 guests), disposes one bathroom, an elegantly decorated living room with double sofabed and dinning area with fireplace, a modern fully equipped kitchen and extremely big verantas 50 sq m, with furniture for dining and relaxing.
All spaces offer flat screen TV’s , A/C, as well as central heating, free Wi-Fi etc, makes the Residences ideal for families looking for relaxation and privacy.
Each Residence has a private, safe and individual burglar alarm.
The sea view, from all Residences, every room, verantas as well as all the other spaces of the complex is uninterrupted and panoramic of a 180°.
We offer all comforts of today’s needs to our guests.
Two large swimming pools which are connected with gardens, two Jacuzzis, sun beds and umbrellas are available for swimming and relaxing. You can sit by the pools of the complex or on the Residence's verandas and enjoy the amazing view and the sun rising.
Furthermore, you can enjoy outdoor meals at our two separately situated fully equipped BBQs under pergolas, with tables, chairs, sofas etc.
** Wifi free is available everywhere in the complex.
** Parking is available at private ground, side by side to the Residences.
** The area around is suggested for walking or jogging.
