These identical comfortable flats of 32 square meters are located on the ground floor with access to a small private garden. They have a lovely combined living room/bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bedroom is separated from the living/dining area by a low wall. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs and a masonry canapé, which can be used as an additional bed. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a small electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and a coffeemaker. The elegant marble-tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin with a large mirror.

Terms & Conditions All prices include all taxes, VAT, service fees, power consumption and hot-water consumption, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning, change of linen twice a week and towels every second day, free use of beach umbrellas and sunloungers at the pool. The quoted prices are in EUR (€) and are valid for the minimum occupancy of one unit per overnight stay (without breakfast) For an additional occupancy - according to holiday apartment type - we calculate per additional bed a fee of 10.00 €/15.00 € Children up to 3 years are free in the parent`s room. We also offer, at a surcharge of 7.- € per person, an extensive continental breakfast with fresh coffee or tea, rolls, homemade jam, traditional honey etc. For a stay shorter than 2 nights the prices increase by 10%. During the Greek holidays and Bank holidays the higher season will be charged.
All rates are calculated for 2 person occupancy. An additional fee of 10 euros is charged for an additional person.
