The property is fully furnished and may be divided into 2 apartments and so 2 differents rentals : one rental at the first floor for 4 people and one rental at the garden level for 2 people + young child for each level.
First Floor:
The first floor has a living room with balcony and terrace (TV fitted with a rotational device which allows it to be seen from the lounge, DVD player, FM and AM radio, CD player), lounge, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a large bed, 1 bedroom room with 2 new single beds (90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), toilets, entrance hall, corridor and a garden salon settled on the lawn. Guests have opportunity of hanging clothes to dry in a part of the enclosed garden or in the bathroom. Each bed is fitted with a protecting drawn sheet washed before for each rent.
Basic baby essentials (bed in the room of the parents, bathroom, sit, rigid toilet trainer and potty) are available on request at no extra cost.
Garden Level:
It comes equipped with an equipped kitchen (+TV, DVD player, FM and AM radio, CD player), 1 bedroom with a large bed, bathroom (small bathtub, shower), toilets, corridor, veranda (20 m2), 2 garden salons one of them located under the veranda).
Basic baby essentials (bed in the room of the parents, bathroom, sit, rigid toilet trainer and potty) are available on request at no extra cost.
Cleaning equipment's (by level): Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom, paddy rice broom for cleaning veranda, brush and shovel are at your disposal.
