We (2 adults 2 childs) had the "Penthouse appartment". It is an older building with old windows and the app. needs a renovation (e.g. old furniture; outworn sofa). Both bedrooms are located towards the street - it was impossible for us to sleep because of terrible traffic noise from the street all night long. Even at 3 or 4 am every 2-3 minutes noise from cars/trucks/ambulance etc. The owner was not customer-friendly with regard to a partial repayment because we left the app. 2 days earlier.

The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer machine, standard cutlery such as plates, knives and forks are provided. Along with a fridge freezer allocated within the dining area of the apartment.
