An equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. The flat is ideally furnished with modern furniture. A small rooftop patio for sunbathing and barbequing.
Upstairs, there are 3 extra bedrooms, a utility closet and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are medium size well furnished with queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom is the smaller one with a single bed. Floors on the top level are hardwood apart from the bathroom featuring while and black tiling.
Recessed lighting is available throughout the entire apartment. It has a central heating system but air conditioning is not obtainable. A cleaner is also provided on request.
