The Condo
This condo is spacious with 75 sq. m (800 sf) of area and high ceilings. The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath with shower, washer, dryer, full kitchen, dining areas, living room, and a terrace balcony. Condo is in a safe and secure complex and has all the amenities of home. The complex has a pool, gazebo with BBQ grill, bathroom, and storage lockers. The condo has wifi, air conditioning, cable TV, and beach towels. Cleaning is once per stay unless requested more frequently. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Reduction available for long term stays.
Passport copy required for booking.
Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire condo, common areas, pool, gazebo etc. Access to the storage locker for your watersports gear can be arranged.
Interaction with guests
I live in nearby Sosua. I will greet you and answer any questions that you have. We can also stay in touch during your stay using whatsapp, messenger or any number of wifi apps. If you have any special requests, feel free to let me know.

The Location
Cabarete is home to kite surfing, windsurfing, dancing and dining. The town has that laid back, coastal town appeal. The beach is family-friendly and ideal for sunbathing. Watersports enthusiasts will not be disappointed, either. There is body surfing and SUP nearby, as well as horseback riding, kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing. The complex is close to restaurants, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Restaurants range from local Dominican cuisine, Mexican, Chinese, Middle Eastern, seafood, burgers and more. There are also several 'bourgie' restaurants nearby for date night or if you just want something on the high end of the spectrum. Never miss the comforts of home with yoga studios, Latin dance lessons, spa services, hair salons, and barber shops.
Getting Around
With everything so close, you have no need for a car. The safest way to get around is to walk. For public transportation, “guaguas” (minibus) or carritos (small 4-door cars) are best. These are readily available in front of the complex.
The complex also has free parking if you so choose to rent a car.
Condos are privately owned and may be occupied by full-time residents and families. Please respect the privacy of neighbors, avoid excessive noise, and avoid inviting guests that cannot behave accordingly. Drug use and prostitution is strictly forbidden. All visitors need to register with the security gate and leave photo ID.
