It has it's own entrance and balcony. It's made up of kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (you need to pass trough the first one to enter the second one).
On the property are also 3 other apartments and in new house lives the owner with his family. The apartments are in three buildings; one newer building and two renovated older buildings, which are both old traditional Istrian houses made of stone. The entire estate has been professionally renovated with great love and respect for the original old style of construction.
As guests you have access to an outdoor swimming pool, and a summer kitchen and barbecue in the courtyard behind the house, which also serves as an outdoor dining area, completely furnished, and the perfect place to enjoy some time together.
