Two bedrooms, one bathroom fully furnished and equipped apartment is suitable for two couples or a family of 4. The floors are tiled throughout.
The master bedroom has a king bed, two side tables with lamps. There is a spacious dressing area with plenty of cupboard and drawers and side dresser. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan and there is also a ceiling fan in the dressing area.
The second bedroom is also air conditioned and has a ceiling fan and it has a double bed with a side table and a desk dresser.
Linens and towels are provided.
The open plan and spacious living area has two seating areas and cable TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with large fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, all pots and pans, bake ware, crockery, cutlery and glass ware. There is also a clothes washer in the kitchen. Iron, ironing board, mops, brooms etc are all provided.
The bathroom has a large open shower and a vanity with a sink.
The dining area seats 6 inside and there is also a six seater table and chairs on the patio which boasts a spectacular view of the west coast. There is also an outside seating area with rattan furniture and a comfortable rattan rocker.
There is a carport space as well.
Please note that we do have one friendly dog and three cats and while they live upstairs you will see them from time to time in the gardens.
