Its terraces and balconies offer a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from where you can relax with your favorite drink. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon shaped swimming pool Jacuzzi, the hot and cold water surrounded by a tropical garden with over 1800 beautiful plants that give you total privacy. The porch has a large living and dining area with barbecue.
The house has 4 bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The main room has a 60" TV, and the bathroom has Jacuzzi and shower with massaging jets. Three of the bedrooms have a mini bar and the fourth bedroom is next to the kitchen.
The living room is equipped with a 55 " TV, Bang & Olufsen sound system in the living room and has a dining area in which 8 people can eat comfortably. It has an office with computer and wireless Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils you need to cook your favorite dishes. All areas of the house have air conditioning.
Around the house there is a garden with more than 1,800 tropical plants. The property is fully walled and has security cameras that monitor the property 24 hours 7 days a week for your and your guest’s safety. In the garden there is a lagoon shaped swimming pool, and a hot and cold water Jacuzzi. A comfortable bar is just steps from the pool. The villa has a large terrace with dining and living room. In the front of the house there is a parking area for 4 cars with remote controlled electric fences. Next to the entrance there is a cascading fountain beautifully lit at dusk.
