The largest cultural festival in Northern Europe and one of the largest in Europe, Roskilde Festival in Copenhagen is celebrated with much enthusiasm and zeal. The unique music festival is an all-encompassing experience and otherwise called as the \u201cOrange Feeling\u201d. It is marked with great events, food, music and thrilling activities.<\/p>\n
In 1971, Jesper Switzer Moller and Mogens Sandfr, two high school students, created the festival, which was taken over in 1972 by the Roskilde Foundation. Roskilde Festival is the first real cultural (music-oriented) fiesta. Around two hundred solo artists and bands participate in the event each year at eight different stages. This year, the audience is going to witness a four-day music program.<\/p>\n
